Blogging
Blogging, who would've thought?
The web and teaching seem to go hand in hand for the candidates looking to be teachers in the next 5 years. How did it take this long to move into the technology realm for education practices. Students in the high schools generate media online all the time from commentator enhanced cat pictures to you tube videos, to the prezi for online presentations to friends.
As a teacher candidate till the year 2014, I am astounded by the amount of web information and software programs available for free use. It is my greatest desire to learn all that I am able to assist my future students with their educational aspirations.
Any teacher candidates or veteran teachers willing to impart their wisdom and knowledge would be greatly appreciated. I am interested in technology, lesson planning, and assessment ideas.
